Blind Sided by Panic Attacks

Blind Sided by Panic Attacks

I knew what panic attacks were I think a lot of us do, what isn't often spoken about was derealisation and depersonalization the symptoms I'd been having during panic attacks but I finally had a panic attacks after 2-3 years without symptoms that resemble psychosis and it feels like if there had of been more awareness that this can happen in panic attacks I would have gotten to this answer quicker.

So yeah Panic Attacks suck and cold water and no questions has helped so far, mine can last a while and I have gone non-verbal cause Autism but also because of depersonalization I feared my voice wasn't mine, helps to have pen and paper.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us @Trickster. 🫶

It sounds like these panic attacks can be so overwhelming for you... especially where derealisation and depersonalisation are present.

Also, I am curious to know what your current supports are and what they have suggested?

Maybe we can brainstorm some other strategies? 🥰
