Don't have a garden or much of a green thumb but it seems like you do.

Was hoping to while away this summer watching test cricket, read some messages from some about stress and relaxation, their are those who believe test cricket induced torpor 😆.

Anyway first test took 2 days instead of 5 so am having to do other things. Been writing again which, like reading I find does relax and take the mind away.

Sunday also a regular day to catch-up for coffee at the RSL for a few hours with an old friend and wonder at the world.

I'm glad there's music you can enjoy and help 'cover' the tinnitus @Blackcloud . My partner has it bad, and conversations can be difficult for him! You said you've been struggling most of your life. I'm so sorry to hear that but you can know that you're not alone! Are you okay at the moment? Are you going to go bowling on a regular basis now? I've seen disability groups bowl and damn they're good! They put me to shame! 😉

I've heard him mention Jo Satriani @REDLINEZ750 . I'm not sure about Mark Knopfler (Dire Straits). I know he's a well-known guitar player and my partner would probably love him. Gotta remember he's in his 70's. 😁 He's been listening to an accordion player on Utube while down here. Definitely not my style! 😆💛

Oh @lonemushroom When and where did you see Fleetwood Mac? That would have been an amazing experience! I've only seen a tribute band, but they are excellent. I've seen them twice with a third time coming early next year. Have you seen any other local or international artists? 💛

@heartathome In terms of doing okay at the moment, I can’t really say I am because mainly what I do throughout most of the days on a regular basis is just laying in bed daydreaming. I have autism so I don’t have the mental capacity nor energy in doing any physical ‘daily tasks’ that I find is gonna be too much of a hassle for me to do. Plus, I daydream about things that I wish would happen/exist in my life that actually don’t happen/exist in reality, including having a certain someone that fits my ideal type that is always willing to meet my expectations/standards on what I would always like for a partner to have personality-wise, but he should also be willing to accept me as the person I am. These days it’s hard for me to really trust anyone because most of the friendships I’ve had in the past they’ve all drifted apart from me shortly after we started being friends - the longest period of friendship I’ve ever had with someone is 4 and a half years (that was in primary school).

I’ve been thinking a lot about how life for me would’ve been for the better have I not have had selective mutism at a really young age as well as autism because most of the friends I’ve made were full of non-genuine and judgemental people.

and no I won’t be going to bowling on a regular basis, but I am gonna be going there next in 3 weeks time with a support worker again 😊
