27 days sober yay. I'm holding onto my ex and allowing him to be abusive. He says he wants to be friends so I let him come hangout with me only to suffer four hours of him ranting and belittling me. It's really made my mental health unsettled. I need to cut the emotional ties to him. I'm currently trying really hard to stop contact.

I was a child in an abusive relationship. My opinion is that no one should put up with abusive behaviour. I know it's easier said than done to say that you shouldn't allow it because things are usually complicated. I would also warn you to be careful because breaking ties can be a dangerous time.

@rav3n 35 days sober, had a massive meltdown this morning cause I've been sick and my carer who's being paid just decided two weeks ago he wasn't caring for me anymore. I have no support worker at all and I'm bed ridden.

i'm so sorry to hear that your carer has suddenly left, especially when you needed them the most. you're absolutely valid for feeling upset and frustrated!
i know that chatting to someone isn't the same as in-person support, but i did want to link some helplines and alternative support options that you can explore (if/when you're feeling up to it, no pressure at all):
