@Chasingsunsets @Shaz51 barefoot bowling was ok. I bowled some doozies and some good balls, got closest to jack a couple of times!
@Jynx I also like to have bare feet except for bindi season
Tomorrow I am going to do a bushwalk with a new group for me. So I will be in nature which I love, unfortunately ticks are pretty bad here at the moment so will have to be vigilant post walk. Hopefully it’s a nice day and I meet some nice people and I can go on some other walks with them. Social exercise is good for MH, so am trying some different things for me (like barefoot bowling and this new walking group) which is very anxiety provoking, but I was ok at bowling today

I went out to a restaurant with my special lady... before that while waiting for the place to open at 11.30am, we went to McCafe opposite of Southern Cross station, where she had a Decaf medium and I had a Ice Matcha medium... 🙂
