They run out of legs @MDT but did really well to get to that stage and did not stop trying - very proud of our girls - they gave everything they had.

The Opals are into the semi-finals ..they left it late but got there in the end.

Today is the finish of Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games...very different from any other but nonetheless exciting.

Japan’s economy might take a while to recover but they did it well.

Last night’s high jump was brilliant with our beautiful girls finishing 2nd and 5th!!!

I hope by the time Paris comes around in 2024 this pandemic has settled down a bit.

On another note the Sharks 🦈 lost a game they should have won.

@Eve7 I have watched more of the Olympics than I expected to and it has been really good for Mum in hospital because like us she loves her sport.

@MDT Hopefully Swansea can build up their game as the season progresses - it does take time to get used to a new Manager and a new game plan.

Don't think my Lions will win this afternoon but will watch it nonetheless 👍

My mum has been into the OG too @Zoe7 she’s actually a sporting tragic at 92!

I think I will really miss watching so Much elite sport as I love it. It’s been good to have so much of it in our time zone rather than the middle of the night.

Not really ready for this week @Eve7 but heading to bed so I can hopefully get in early tomorrow to finish a few things off.

My Lions won in a great display by them today - pretty happy with that - and even happier that they gave so much today right to the end of the game.

I have enjoyed the Olympics but won't necessarily miss them now they have finished ...only 3 more years to the next one though 👍
