All Things Sport...

Hey @KB23 This is our sports thread - we mostly talk about cricket, football and soccer but others have interest/passion for cycling, motor racing, basketball (to name a few). Currently we are very much into the Big Bash. I am a Hurricanes supporter, @Former-Member is a Sixers fan, @Scarecrowe follows the Renegades. @MDT watches with us as well but not sure if he actually has a specific team he follows. Do you follow the BB? ...and if so what team?

Hi @KB23 and welcome to the Sane forums. I read your intro earlier, so know you love your cricket. Both as a former player, and a current fan. You will find several others here who are passionate about cricket and numerous other sports as well. I look forward to hearing more from you. Although not the main reason you have come to the forums, these social type threads help in getting to know a few other members, as well as learning how the forums work.

I see it will be Aust vs Spain tonight in the semi final of tennis's ATP cup. And regarding cricket, we have the ODI series against India starting on Tuesday. Being overseas, not sure if t will be shown on free to air? Thankfully I have Foxtel. Are you okay @Scarecrowe .. not seen you for a while.

Thanks for the tennis update @Former-Member I didn't see the doubles so didn;t know who made it through ...playing Spain hey - that should be close games again. I will certainly be watching ...still have all my ironing to do so will do that at the same time tonight 👍

Thank goodness I have Foxtel too - will be watching the one dayers when I can also. After Maxwell's innings last night I cannot believe he is not inthe squad ...he has been doing that consistently throughout the BB and although I am not a fan of his he deserved a place in the squad - not sure who I would have kicked out in his place though.

Headache has finally gone after 4 days!!!!! Stayed off the computer during that time, was not in the mood to stare at a computer screen. Just layed on the couch most of the time after I finished work.

Oh yuck @Former-Member that sounds absolutely dreadful to go through. Way worse than my migraines for a week. You poor thing. Us women put up with so much just so we can produce babies. My headache has finally gone after 4 days. I just layed on the couch after work every day and dozed on and off. Over 2 decades of this and I am a bit over it lol.

Missed you @Scarecrowe but understand - headaches and computer screens do not mix at all SO glad your headache has finally gone Hon - and even better that you are back with us 👍😍
