How's everyone! Finally found my way here tonight

I’m really good today @tyme . My back and neck don’t hurt. My lower back aches a bit when I walk but that’s all. Spent most of the morning gardening today and made banana bread in the afternoon.
Thinking of heading to bed soon and reading for a little while. I like to go to bed early because I like the early mornings.

It's good to have early mornings @GezzaP . I have early mornings too. I was up at 4am today 🙂 I was thinking about what I could do at 4 am...

When I get up early @tyme i do my Spanish lessons and back and neck exercises. Sometimes I pay bills. If the weather is ok I go for a walk even though at the moment my back hurts a bit. I usually check my emails and Facebook too. In bed now listening to BBC radio. It’s warm here tonight. I prefer cool temperatures for sleeping. Might have to get a sheet out rather than using my quilt. See how I go.
