Silly Sock Space!

@ENKELI it's currently 9⁰ here but feels like 7⁰. I've just finished my diamond art so now I'm going to lay down in bed and hope that sleep comes to me.

It's been a bit of a tough week, I've had very little sleep every night, last night was only 2 hours. Lost my counsellor last Thursday and then the mental health team closed off on me the other day. So I'm left with no support yet again, finding it tough to cope alone. I'm safe and I'm doing my best to keep pushing through even though I feel so defeated.

@MissGremlin my beautiful Gremmy, that's not good. Are you able to get another counsellor? The whole situation is ridiculous. And here it is 2026 yet we still haven't got proper mental health in place for those who truly need it.

I have my own thoughts on why but would be banned if I stated my opinion. You're in my thoughts darlingheart xoxo

@ENKELI that's a whole story within itself which i won't go into. But yes the whole situation is ridiculous especially when one is actively trying to seek support only to get let down by every service possible. Feel like they would rather me just be another statistic than to offer me support which really hurts.
