I'm not sure if I've asked which state you are in and don't feel you have to answer. I'm in Perth and I've also noticed Vinnies are not the cheapest op shop here either. My brother used to work for Anglicare and they were pretty reasonable, now he works for another non profit op shop/low cost supermarket run by one of the churches in the area.

When you say AOD is that Alcohol and Other Drugs? Apologies, I am really not well versed in terms of mental health and things relating to it, I have learned so much on the forums. Probably because I am the only person I know with depression/bipolar 2 aside from my father.

I love how you have your weekend planned. I am so unmotivated that if I get out of bed before 10 I praise the Lord. I am constantly praying for motivation but I always get the same "Be Still" from God so I'll be still for now.

Why are they closing the hub? Again, sorry if you've already mentioned it or if it's too emotional don't feel you have to answer.

I'm glad there is less stigma around MH issues now but there is still so many gaps.

Was a very long short week at work. Glad it's over for the week now. This weekend will be spent mainly hiding away in the aircon and recovering ready for next week.

Hoping to get my anxiety down to a manageable level so work isn't so hard next week.

The wind was hectic today.... so much so that after being outside, I went indoors and foudn myself crunching grit that had blown into my mouth!
