Earlybird or nightowl

I am definitely not a morning person but I am not a night owl anymore either. I need tons of sleep. It is not unusual for me to go to bed around 7:30pm and get up after 7am. I used to nap a lot during the day but I don't do that anymore.

@Oaktree I don't know how much sleep I actually get because it is always broken

I usually get up at 4 am.🙂

My fur baby has his breakfast at 4 am.

Well 4am starts sound special. To hear the bird chorus in the morning and see the sun come up to start a new day. Those are small things that remind you how beautiful the world can be. I often wake up in the night to visit the loo but I usually go straight back to sleep. Sometimes I watch a bit of telly in the middle of the night if I can't go back to sleep. In the past I did some hiking along the Bibbulman Track. It's lovely to wake up in the middle of the forest hearing all the birds at dawn.

Earlybird is what I prefer. But I am up late doing schoolwork because my kids are sleeping, and I can concentrate more on it.
