Hey @Spiritmission6
I want to take a moment to acknowledge the courage you have by opening up about the overwhelm you have been experiencing in relation to reducing your medication.
I am very proud of you for advocating for yourself when you realised the medication was causing you anxiety and you discussed this with your doctor, that in itself takes a lot of courage.
The process of reducing a medication can be challenging and can bring up a lot of emotions. And it sounds like for you, this process has been overwhelming.
I'm curious to know what are some things you can do for yourself during this medication reduction process? Taking care of yourself and showing yourself extra care and compassion is so important during this time. I will also add that resting is important while your brain and body adjusts to these changes too, so please know you deserve to rest!
I know it's day four of reducing this medication, so things would be feeling very overwhelming, but try to take things one day at a time.I believe that you can push through this, with the support of your GP, the Online Community and other important people in your life.

Watching movies, sleeping, eating and practicing meditation are the definitely the best things you can do for yourself during this time - I'm really happy to hear that you are doing these things!
I hope that talking to people on here is helping you during this journey. I know that many people, including myself, have had the experiences of reducing medication. So you most certainly are not alone in this.

You're doing amazing!
Also that's sounds really lovely going for a walk to feed the local horses some carrots, I bet they really appreciated that. I hope that going outside and spending a moment with the horses helped your mind and body today.
