my posture slumped and head dropped reading your words for i could see what wasn't written and please i only expressed a similar experience to show understanding sorry i wasn't thinking how might be taken,

i do believe it wouldn't happen if things that are taught and spoken of now were also back then, so its preventing the numbers of victims now but sadly making it a lot more violent and dangerous for many that still think they have no choice.

@REDLINEZ750 the vax vs no vax is an interesting debate.

When people said that there wasn't enough research done into the vaccine it was not correct. The fact was that instead of private companies having to fund research multiple governments worldwide funded the COVID vax.

Other stories of your DNA being changed, microchips and 5G being put in vaccines were all debunked.

My mum had all her shots and never got covid. I had my shots and got it twice.

My anti-vax friend has never had covid either so who knows?

I think at the end of the day so long as we are respectful of each other's choices like you have been, that's all that matters.

@REDLINEZ750 @ENKELI @heartathome Thanks friends No i'm not sleeping. trying often but my brain wont shut off. i got 4 hours last night, so that is slightly better than been, but a long way of the 6 i need.

A Pain! But such happens. My mind is calm, and it has not (yet) badly effected me after more than a week. Amazing really. For my mood is not really elevated either.

Yes, I agree with you that children should be taught about mental health in school. Stranger danger didn't cut it! We all know it's not always strangers! We trusted these people! I do like how kids are being taught about uncomfortable feelings and touches today. I'm hoping it's worked for some kids! I think it's important to be believed when disclosed but unfortunately it didn't happen when we were kids!

I love that particular song, Redline. It reminds me of my son! I remember listening to it over and over again, as it was played by him as a teenager.

Just a gentle reminder though. Even though you may walk alone outside with your broken dreams, you are not on your own! We're here for you and God will walk with you over the coming weeks! I really believe that! 💛

@ENKELI hey ENKELI, i had 3 vaxx i believe and caught covid twice the last time was sick for about 5 1/2 weeks. during which time i stayed inside (thank god for home deliveries) . i agree with you is an individuals choice.

@heartathome Indeed! Sleep has not improved. The most i'm getting is around 4 hours. Yes it is a first in my life to be so calm in my mind as now. Almost incomprehensible. Like my mind has stopped spinning. i know i'm not at al stressed not sleeping, and neither is my wife. That alone is a miracle.😁

Long days but i spend most of it in prayer so not long at all.
