i had a rather anxious night, i've been struggling with an anxious mood for more than a week now. (In my past paranoid alter learning to be fearless😁) But i hate that crappy feeling on me all the time. So thankful most of my fears are gone. At times i struggle believing i will be able to get well enough to live with my wife again. Yet i know i have to trust the love i know we have for each other, and not trust myself in my anxious mind for it always lies to me about everything.

Seeing my wife in 6 hours to buy her a birthday present. Looking forward catching up.😍

@Bunniekins To be honest, I don't know what I am currently feeling. I am not happy, but I am not sad either. I think I am still getting over what happened between my partner and I on Thursday night. I still have a few bruises and some sore spots. And so does he. I suppose you could say that I am just feeling flat and trying to work out what direction I can see myself going in.

But because I know that you are currently happy, it does brighten my soul, and it brings a smile to my face. So, keep that shit up!

That sounds like a really hard and exhausting night and week @DownMoreThanUp. I can see that the way you deal with your anxiety has slowly been improving, so keep working at it, and I have faith that you will get where you want to be.

I am glad you can counteract that with the excitement of catching up with your wife today 😊❤️

@Bunniekins I think the impact of it is only just hitting me now. I have been crying on and off all morning.

I am going to make an appointment to see my social worker as soon as she has a spot available.

And don't worry I told him this morning if that ever happens again, I will be respecting myself and walking away. I am done with giving him time to fix himself.
