Feeling a bit low and tired and glum myself too. For just my normal reasons.

@AlwaysMyself Yes friend my good mood has gone on long service leave, while my bad mood is stuck at half past six, its darkness is pressing me to the bottom of my barrel, that's why my flag hangs half mast, for my light of day does not shine down this deep in my pit yet unfortunately.😎

For i've been utterly convinced, for years already, that i have seen all that is to see in my darkness, yet darkness wants to show me more of the same nothing to see.

I'm never sure if i should share the music that "speaks to me" because whilst they are hope-oriented and comforting they often start with a sad/pain perspective that changes throughout the song into solidarity, hope, enouragement. But i know it could be triggering to some.

However i recall from when you first joined that you knew some of the music i like 🥰 so i shall share this one.

I used this technique to "hold on" for many years, planning a new place to travel to to see as my goalposts to keep going. 😊

But the "west coast" can be ANY GOAL a person has or wants; their bucket list.

Today I'm doing OK. No need to worry about my mood at this very moment. 🤗

@AlwaysMyself Thanks for sharing that song and your perspective of goal keeping. i love that! The only way to survive a really low time is to plan ahead regardless. Not let bad life hurting take any more than it has already.

i know very hard to do at first until it begins to pay dividends suffering a depressive illness.

At the moment i'm 'training' to learn to keep active even when i'm not motivated. Unmotivated has been so debilitating that i have determined i can also learn to overcome this state of being depressed.
