That is a very nice song and true for so many people lost to the purpose of their existence. i reckon the mystery of our existence is that we are invited to live loving true, challenged by not true. At least my life has been very much like that.

i so agree with Tara. This is where we go bust. We focus on one part, and deny the other part of our humanity. Where feelings are seen as useless yet feeling comes from the heart. i know my heart lines up my thoughts with my feelings best. While using my mind to regulate my emotions, is only really useful when my feelings have become fake, or overwhelm me, not otherwise.

Therefore i believe that love and truth make up a whole person. For when we subtract one, we begin to get psychologically loops driving us crazy, rather that seeing ourselves rightly process our reality. That is why i like how Tara focus on the body. Tara takes Peter Levine's wisdom about our bodies and places it in far more balanced approach understanding our own humanity. i like it.

Thanks sharing i enjoyed listening to her wisdom.
