nice to see you here at the unearthly hour. Did you get some sleep last night? i got almost 4 hours myself which is good for me. It did help crashing early last night. i was exhausted after a full on day yesterday.

Geez it must be close to 1am in WA. I'm glad you got a hours sleep. You must have crashed very early indeed. You probably needed to rest up after what was an emotionally heavy day.

I grabbed a maximum of 3 hours overnight and am physically spent but just can't rest 😪

I've tried everything and am reluctant to dose myself any more.

I live in a smallish unit so can't make noise which will disturb my neighbours.

I really don't know why I said that! It's not important hahaha😅

I'm pleased that you're feeling like you can accomplish some things today.

I'm wondering if you're sleeping in the caravan?

My phone and a religion old laptop are the extent of my Tech capacity.
