A song that describes your current emotional state TW

Definitely unusual and interesting

@DownMoreThanUp

I have to admit that given my state of mind it was very confusing and the video made me a little dizzy.

But I saved it as well as the song that showed below it for a more peaceful listen later

I'll enjoy it's complexity then

yes i know what you mean it was a bit like that for me. But when i read the lyrics, (press 'more' on the link under the video,) and then watched the video it made a lot of sense, especially the title cocooned ego.

"The creature knows my name and it hates

When I’m tranquil Living peaceful

Cuz it feeds on the words replayed in the back of my brain

The lies you planted Mastered ruins"

I like that song @Taali It was first released by the Mumma and Pappa's in 1966. It's basically about how unpredictable life can feel; the ups and downs of life and how quickly our feelings can change. So true. 🙂

Yes I saw the Mama's and Papa's was there too

@heartathome

Didn't think anyone else would like it

We can learn a lot from the music 🎶

Taali 💙

Indeed we can @Taali I love finding out the songs meaning. I'm often suprised by what they're about! 💚

@Taali @heartathome I do like The Mamas and The Papas version but LOVE Neil Diamond! Thanks for sharing xo

Yesterday I found out that my half sister scattered my dad's ashes without telling my brother and I. I am devastated that I didn't get to say goodbye to my father. I'm not a huge Swift fan but this was the most appropriate song I could find to match my mood at the moment
