@Taali I struggle so much with this. For me if things feel lighter I'm constantly waiting for them to come crashing down.

When we've had so many bad experiences we tend to go to worst case scenario to protect ourselves from the hurt we're expecting. You're definitely not alone in this sweet, but you can retrain your brain to learn to enjoy those moments. Sending hugs sweetheart ❤️.

For once I listened to a song and actually just heard the lyrics 😊. I like the lyrics and know the beat won’t be everyone’s cup of tea🤗Often I just like a song because of its beat and don’t really hear the lyrics 🎶🎸

I often wonder what people like in a song usually, is it the lyrics that makes the song good or the beat ☺️ or is it only if both the lyrics and beat are good?

Hello friends. Just letting you know I was at the hospital with my niece who is in an MI crisis

Came home when she was finally sedated at about 3 this morning.

I'm feeling really quite anxious and sleep deprived

Of course, I actually thought we might lose her.
