Hello @Taali I'm learning how to trace my radiant circuits in chinese medicine for greater joy and happiness. Apparently its that what it does. I know how to trace my meridians but and learning how to trace my radiant circuits now. Want to be even more happy

Over the past few weeks have added more energy hygiene routines to my practice and am feeling lighter freer and more transformed. Never knew I was holding onto so much.

Just put garbage, compost and recyclables out and am cleaning the kitchen while waiting for Woolies delivery this morning.

i love that song. i love pink Floyd, almost all are master masterpieces. Have you seen The Wall? Great movie, wonderful music. i bought their Album 1986-87 i remember discussing the contents our social science lecture, such a powerful story, so well told/sung.

Youre not ignorant @Taali you just havent come across this information yet. Ayahuasca is plant medicine used by shamans to heal people and communities, emotionally and spiritually. I have never taken ayahuasca but know people who have.

Thanks @SmilingGecko I'm sure you have looked into it with openness and I too am open to whatever teachings that may help me.
