omg yes, i feel you! the shopping centres are way more chaotic. feels like there needs to be a 'no kids' hour so we can move around in peace 😋 what fidgets toys are ya using today? hoping the shopping trip runs smoothly 💙

@rav3n oddly enough the shop was quiet, I think they must have been having lunch when I went. Wouldn't a no kids hour be awesome 😂. I survived the shopping trip so that's a bonus, I had my spinny, spikey thing, yes that's the technical name for it 😂. But I actually didn't use it today as I had company when I went ☺️.

I’ve had 3 coffees today already. That’s enough. Had a peppermint tea when I went out to see chiro and do a small shop. Hi all.

@Blackcloud i completely understand. I had dreams of things that I wanted to do and things I hoped to be. But I was told that I'd never amount to anything, that I wasn't smart enough and that my dreams were stupid. I did try to reach my dreams but sadly mental health took over my life and I realised that they were indeed out of my reach. Life didn't turn out the way I'd hoped and that does hurt but at the same time I'm grateful for the way some things are ☺️.

That's what I love about being on the forums, the ability to support people, even to just sit and listen. I know all too well what it's like to go through things alone and I don't want anyone to have to feel that way ❤️.

I hear you about your dad and I can understand your feelings about him. I remember talking about it with you a while ago and how he would constantly hint and suggest things. I'm glad he has completely stopped now though, that must be such a relief for you.

@Bunniekins well done for sorting the clean washing ☺️. I did my dishes and so far there's no more yet but i am hoping to make myself some lunch soon so that'll create more dishes 😂. I'm doing ok my sweet, plodding along as always ❤️.
