Yes when I was working I would never go 10 days without coffee!

I have been busy and travelling a bit. I sometimes get a coffee while driving but last time the line at the drive through coffee place was too long!

I don't know why I haven't had one. I don't normally go to a coffee shop myself to drink one, but would get a take-away. With sport stuff I won't drink it during the day normally. I did have one at start of each day while at masters games.

Actually maybe that's why I'm not feeling so good these last couple of days lack of coffee! (If only it was that easy to fix my current health status)

Im ok, could be better but that’s ok. Had one win today, finally a green light for a surgery, after it being cancelled a few times just health not optimised but levels are bit better which is good 😊
