I have not had a coffee for a while. I considered getting one on Tuesday on way home from an appointment but didn't. I think my last coffee was about 10 days ago!

@Chasingsunsets i cant remember the brand - i bought it through a coffee shop - it was double roasted to increase intensity.

Some coffee shops will sell you beans or ground coffee, there are even ones you can order online.

I bought my machine because I enjoy fresh over instant - R9bert Timms coffee bags are my backup though.

Coffee can increase dehydration, yet adding milk also decreases the body's ability to absorb the water content -if I'm remembering correctly.

Syrup - i get mine at Coles or Woolies - its usually on the top shelf near the coffee. I think i have the salted caramel - maybe Bickfords brand?

@Till23 do you drink anything else.... i love my herbal teas but dont have the time to brew them correctly so just using the Twinings Live Well Range. I used to have a T2 subscription, but that was quite some years ago now.

Yes I know @Shaz51 I do not ahve any symptoms, since it's so long since last coffee

Luckily I drink tea @SweetMonster - I think I have had 4 today which is pretty normal for me one for each meal and another one for morning or afternoon tea if I am home. I pretty much always drink black tea - which I know sounds boring - but I like it

I like to think we each have things that make us different, and i love finding out about what people enjoy - i hope im not being intrusive.

So do you have a preferred black tea? My house mate and my teen son both prefer Earl Grey.
