So what's everyone's drink of choice? Do you have the same drink every time? Multiples throughout the day?

When I was working it would be 4 double strength coffees by lunch time then tea or hot chocolate in the afternoon.

Now that im housebound its 2 double shot long blacks (home machine, fresh ground beans) and then it rotate between the Twinings Live Well teas - try to restrict caffeine and guarana in the after noon. The sleep well and sleep + ones from 6pm onwards.

Im managing maybe 6 hot drinks and 1 litre of water so that's close to 3 litres if we include the coffee 😉

Love herbal teas and really want to try chicory as a coffee replacement, but im too comfortable in my current habits

Oh and if im at the shops its an Almond (or Oat) latte with caramel syrup - my splurge.

I have in-between 4 or 5 cuppas daily also drink water during the day
