@Ru-bee Don’t know how you can drink red bull in the evening. I’ve had too much coffee today to keep me awake. Hope I can still sleep. Feeling tired so fingers crossed. Will try to stay up until 9.30 and hopefully sleep until 6 or even 7. Really hoping to sleep properly. The hypomania isvdriving me crazy.

My back and neck are ok today. I was thrilled to dream in Spanish. Go back to chiro Monday if no improvement will look into Chinese acupuncture. @ENKELI

The schools in my area all learn Spanish. When I went to the US, Spanish was everywhere. For some reason, I have a keen ear when it comes to distinguishing languages. But I only speak english!

It's not something I do often @GezzaP 😅 I definitely felt a bit jittery afterwards, but I stay a little later on Thursdays and daylight savings has got me extra sleepy already this week so I figured I needed the extra help to stay alert!

Really hoping you can sleep too! Do you have a good wind-down routine? I've been a bit slack with mine recently but I'm pretty good with keeping off my phone around bed and having my rituals, like doing skincare and having some sleepy tea, but I'd love to add in some meditation too to really get myself relaxed

Yes Spanish is second to English.

I’m not very good at winding down @Ru-bee Tonight I will have warm

milk and do my back and neck exercises. I can sometimes do muscle relaxation. I tend not to stay off of phone though naughty me. Chose a dull book to read if I wake up in the night and struggle to go back to sleep. I’m also allowed to get up and take an extra dose of meds. So I’ll try these when I wake up to go to the loo. Will get ready for bed after news and 7.30 Report.

@tyme Spanish is 4th, after English, Mandarin and Hindi. I was surprised at Hindi being higher than Spanish.

I was the same when I was in the US, particularly in California. While I was in Pennsylvania/New Jersey it was mostly African Americans and then California was mostly Latinos.

I can tell the difference between Canadian and American accents, and I used to be able to tell the difference between north and south New Zealand but otherwise I have no idea! You have a gift there Tymey my sweet 🙂

Reading/posting on the forums on my phone is my wind-down routine now 😅.

I was going to do some painting this evening, but after even just 10min my back got too sore ☹️ so im trying to sit upright and watch tv instead until I can go to bed.
