Been a nice but cool day here in Adelaide. We had rain the night before last. Not sure what the forecast is for tomorrow, but it’s going to be 29 on Saturday.

Garden is covered in weeds and leaves. Gardener/cleaner is supposed to be coming tomorrow. He hasn’t been for a while.

I might be getting a cold. Took a hay fever tablet in case it’s just that. Got the sniffles and a dry throat. Was hoping to go with gardener to pick up an orchid tomorrow but will have to cancel if I’ve got a cold. Feel a bit off so I’ll stay up to watch ABC news then go to bed. Haven’t been sleeping. Got hypomania. I have bipolar.

Thanks @MissGremlin I had my coffee around lunchtime - which was good because it made me feel so full I didn't need lunch. I have had a couple of cups of tea since, trying to keep my fluids up.

Hi @GezzaP I hope you don't end up with a cold. Mine has been a bit troublesome. I do have a chronic lung thing which doesn't help but still. I commented to someone the other day, that I think colds seem worse as you get older.

I have been doing a lot of hand weeding lately, so much rain here this year, so heaps of weeds. I try to do a bit everyday.

I’m a smoker @Till23 so colds are bad. I haven’t had one for years. I’m hoping it’s just hay fever. Took paracetamol for my aching back which always gets worse later in the day. Will definitely go to bed after news. Will take a book to read when I inevitably wake up to go to the toilet to help me go back to sleep. Aging sucks.
