Not too bad, had a physiotherapist appointment and more treatment for my dorsal foot irritation, prescribed some more exercises. Saw my mum and had lunch with her.

Had a pilates class.

Now just mentally preparing myself for returning to work for another two days.

I did collect my new pair of shoes, another set of hoka, so I can rotate two pairs to support my healing lisfranc foot

Jeez it was a hot one yesterday wasn't it @DogMan79? I was definitely glad to wake to some cooler weather this morning, though I haven't checked how the rest of the country is faring

Yes, I don't think I had enough water yesterday so trying to catch up this morning @Shaz51 it's so easy to get dehydrated quickly in the heat!

Think I might pop the kettle on and make myself a cup of tea now that I'm speaking of drinks
