It's been a perfect day for washing, I did two loads of bed sheets today. The main bedroom and the man cave's 🤣

Tomorrow should be a breeze for it too, 40 degrees 🫠 I'll be staying in the a.c and keeping my hydration up with electrolytes as I don't do heat well

how was your new year? I worked through all Christmas and unfortunately had some complicated breakdowns on the mine site.

I’m still trying to navigate my psychosis I’m going through, a lot of confusion but my next appointment with a psychiatrist is coming up.

im also eagerly waiting for the help line to be open again so I can reach out for support and speak.
