I'm here @DownMoreThanUp There is a guy who goes around the world and dances with people who show him a dance from their country. He's amazing! I don't know his name. He just comes up on my Facebook timeline at times. I don't do much dancing these days apart from listening to my music at home. 😁 Have you got any plans for today? 💛

@heartathome Yes we do. Our (second) daughter and our 7 grand kiddies are finally better and are coming around later today. They have been holidaying Up North for the last 6 months so we are really looking forward catching up.

This visit will be the highlight of our day i'm sure!😁

I have been battling away. It’s been hard. Not feeling the best.

@DownMoreThanUp my body would never have been able to do that. It amazes where they get the energy from. But they do a fantastic job and it's great to watch.

If I used to dance back in the day (wasn't very good at it), but for me that meant that I would have aching knees that night and into the next day, so let's say I didn't dance often, and if I did, it was when I drank too much, because then i didn't care about tomorrow. Lol

@Cuddlebear I am so sorry to hear that you have been battling. I wish I could take your battles away for you, so you can feel good again.

The recovery is expected to take up to 6 weeks or so. I have a follow up appointment on the 5th Feb with the surgeon. if given the all clear, that means that I can book in to see the new physiotherapist and commence the training required to strengthen my back, so I can start to actually enjoy life and do things with my daughter. I haven't been able to take her anywhere other than Krispy Kremes for years now.

She is my motivation for a lot of things.
