Oh yum! I wish I could send you @Shaz51 a tub of my homemade dark chocolate ice cream that I have made in the past (and will likely be the next batch I make, since I can share it with friends who are dairy-free or vegan). I created the recipe myself based off the "science" of ice cream ingredients lol. But it's actually really good - my DF friend and vegan sister were very impressed, neither could tell it was DF. 😎. However, chocolate was a key ingredient so I can't make it in any flavours other than ones that include dark chocolate 🤣🤣.

Just relaxing @AuntGlow , not doing much at all

last few weeks have been hard not knowing if husband was going to end up in hospital or worse

but seems to be settling down now

just feeling soo tired

been invited to 2 outings but i will be saying sorry we wont be there ( have not done this yet ) and then D1 asked us what we are doing ?

I'm glad you are putting your needs first and declining invites when its not in your current best interests/health to join in @Shaz51 . Fingers crossed Mr Shaz keeps improving day by day overall.

as she has to go to her parents' in-laws this Christmas ( and she is not happy about going )
