Very restless night sleep last night

Had a cuppa at 3am

Hubby is not sleeping, he has cancelled MH appointments

And then the hospital cancelled his doctors appointment today and they made a new appointment in January 2026

So we went and done the shopping, lunch at home

He is being very negative

@Shaz51 *Now* is never a bad time for coffee. If that's at 3am, then it is

I'm sorry life is like this for you at the moment @Shaz51 My heart goes out to you both! I know some of your physical needs and this on top would be really difficult! Thinking of you and sending hugs. Not much of a help but I'm with you! 💛

I had 6 today! @Shaz51 I know too many, but it fixed my constipation. I was up all night sorting through more of my manic financial mess. Totally stuffed now. Will be a very early night for me exhausted. Helper came today took me for my mammogram and we went out for lunch. Followed him round the garden to keep me awake in the day time.

I am sorry to hear that things are really difficult at the moment @Shaz51 with Mr Shaz.

With your own health problems it must be really difficult.

Is there a chance to engage any of Mr Shaz children to help take some of the caring weight from you?

he has spoken to 2 of his sisters, one was more helpful than the other and they also have their own mental health problems

his sons are too far away and have called him and they have their problems

His Daughter is the only one that lives close like 40 minutes away , she has talked to him

His Daughter and I have seen Mr. Shaz go into hospital 3 times over the years

Mr shaz is trying hard not to go back to hospital

I think if he starts sleeping better it will be made better
