I give mine indoor plant fertiliser every two weeks or so and only water them after they have completely dried out. Every one to two weeks.

Thats very very cool. Your little plants are helping the birds and the bees, increasing biodiversity, greening up the planet and putting out moisture and oxygen. Go you! Growing plants is a gift to the world and it seems you are, and should be very satisfied with your results.
