Hi @Jynx it has been lovely.
I am resting for a bit again and then going to cooker dinner. Have to get some things ready for tomorrow and rest some more! The resting is working today so I have done more in one day than weeks! I am also listening to an audio book about pain which I am finding very interesting and will continue with this.
