I managed to get out for my first barefoot run of the season!! Loved getting some grass between my toesies, but boy do my calluses need work!! Hehehe

Hello @Jynx, thankyou for the welcome back. My worlds been all over the place, some highs, some lows, some in betweens. Still living it minute by minute ☺️.

So glad you got to get outside for your first barefoot run, feeling the grass between your toes must have felt amazing ☺️. Keep at it and those calluses will be sorted in no time 😂

@Jynx highlight was hearing back from the service that I was ghosted from since the last counsellor cancelled my appointment. I was given a new counsellor and had my first phone appointment on the 18th September and I'm pleased to say that it was amazing and we made a connection instantly. It started off pretty emotional at first as I spoke about my feelings of rejection after they ghosted me and then getting let down by another service in between them making contact again but then we changed topic and things turned around. I have another appointment with her on Monday which I'm looking forward to ☺️.

As for my colouring well that's been placed on hold at the moment, I did try to colour but sadly it was too triggering for me so I packed it away. But today when I was at the shops I found myself a painting and also 3 little crochet kits that I'm hoping to start working on ☺️

@MissGremlin aww yay so glad you found a good connection!! Makes alllll the difference hey! Aww sounds like a break was needed, but glad you are still stuck into the creative endeavours hehe. Have you crocheted before?

@Jynx it really does make all the difference. My creativity hasn't existed lately so I'm working my way back into it, I've had a puzzle going for a while but haven't felt like doing it. I've crocheted before yes and made lots of little turtles that I'd planned on selling but that just never happened. I'll get a pic of the little kits I got today a bit later on ☺️
