Are you anything like me and find it so hard to slow your mind down enough to sit still?
From brainteasers, to fidgets, to even jigsaw puzzles, what do you do to slow your mind down and help your deal with anxious situations? And what is your favourite fidget?
There has been some interest in my collection of brain teasers and fidgets and so it was about time we started a thread!

@Jynx we always have cuddles at bedtime ☺️. He used to try to nibble the end of my pencils when I was colouring but he hasn't done that for a long time now 😂.
Night night ❤️

Morning everyone! I am on a quest to find a small box which does have a coin in it and a few other bits and pieces! Thought I knew were it was but it’s not there 🤯, on my mission of finding this box I found one of my fidget spinners!
This one I actually brought in Rome years ago! How random 😅.
It spins so well!!
I am bit one track minded when it comes to finding something lost that did have a ‘spot’ so I might not be able to respond quickly, due to my search efforts but wanted to share 😊

They're super long tho hey - I had to reduce mine into a bunch of smaller chain circles!
Hope they end up being a good stim experience for ya!! 🤞💜

They are soooo much fun to fidget with, although you definitely get some strange looks 😂.
