Hi Aunty Glow, thank you again for your guidance! 🥰
I wanted to explain a bit more about the vision for this space. I’ve noticed that a lot of places, forums, and content online tend to give tutorials on how to “fix your life” or only show the “truth” after the wins have already happened. That’s really hard to relate to when you’re in the middle of a low-energy or bed-rot cycle.
At the same time, I’ve seen forums that celebrate wins, and I love that—they’re inspiring and supportive. But I also want a space where we can exist while we’re going through it, where the messy, stuck, or low parts of life are valid and acknowledged, even before any “wins” happen.
This space would allow both to coexist:
Acknowledging the messiness, like “I haven’t left my bed in a week” or “I haven’t taken out the trash for days.”
Sharing tiny wins, like stepping outside, opening the curtains, or drinking water.
For me personally, after three days inside feeling really low, stepping out today—even while second-guessing myself—felt like a tiny victory, and that’s exactly the kind of moment I want to honor here.
Basically, it’s about acknowledging where we are without shame or pressure, while also allowing space to share small wins when they happen.
Does that make sense? I’d love to hear your thoughts! 💛
