I've waited almost 3 weeks for them to phone me to Book their Planner Meeting.

Now, since I followed up & phoned NDIS myself - I've waited several days (since then), for them to return my phone call.

They operate on a different time-scale.

Feeling fabulous now that my Brisbane Lions won and are now in the AFL Grand Final next Saturday against Geelong. Go the Lions! I’m currently watching the NRL - Canberra vs Sharks - Go Canberra! I thought they were playing the dogs but my mistake- sorry! The Bulldogs play Penrith tomorrow so I’m cheering on the Bulldogs to win. Half time is 12-6 in favour of the Sharks. @Emelia8 I hope you’re feeling happy!

Dinner of tuna pasta bake sounds yummy @Shaz51 ! Dinner for me was chicken and mushroom risotto from a local Italian place but wasn’t as flavoured as I’d like- I’ll look at making this for myself later in the week after my house inspection with a recipe my housemate found via the Woolies app which we have made previously and was really nice.

@Kashmina @NightFury what are you studying? I’m thinking about applying to do social work at uni next year as I’d like to either work on a mental health triage team or in schools in their wellbeing team as I have an interest in education- a failed attempt at a teaching degree 25 years ago still haunts me but I could never be a teacher - too demanding and I struggle to explain how to do things once I’ve learnt them so I’m no good in that area. I do value teachers highly and respect their job, especially now with all of the different students they have to teach and deal with.

@heartathome my mother and grandmother used to love going to opp shops for clothes and shoes. Now my sister still op shops for CDs and books as she’s a big reader and music lover- I’m into the 21st century with music in my iPhone and ebooks from the library!

@RebelliousAngel I do home delivery for groceries as I’m not a fan of driving and past lockdown memories still haunt me, along with convenience as well. I admire you for going physically shopping and I’m glad you enjoy it.

After the NRL, I’ll be watching repeat of Gogglebox as I enjoy the show. I did complete my beanie before the Lions game started so that was a major achievement for me today.
