My days going alright just a bit chaotic. Time for a shopping trip shortly.

@Shaz51 My day has been progressing well so far. Not to deep down, not too out of sorts, not feeling so exhausted, and no nausea bouts yet so far.

@Shaz51 i had a drink and took some pain relief but I'm worried this one may end up turning into a migraine. Not feeling hungry at the moment but might have something to nibble on later.
