Wasting money

Wasting money

After I was diagnosed, I got hooked into buying anything psychotherapy related and now after thousands of dollars spent, I've accumulated so much "junk". I call my belongings "junk" because they've lost their purpose, which was to replace counselling. I'm not sure how effective this "junk" is in helping me but I definitely regret buying almost everything. Do you have regrets buying "psychotherapy" things? Please share.

I bought audiobooks which were helpful in ways, I think I get more out of following content creators.

@FearofUnknown I think the above from @Ouroboros is for you 😊

I totally feel you on over-spending; I have ADHD which means I can be incredibly impulsive. And online shopping gives me SO much dopamine 😅

Do you think you'd ever use the materials again? Or maybe could give them to a friend or family member who might make use of them?
