Treatment Contract Agreement?

Treatment Contract Agreement?

I am being put on a Treatment Contract Agreement and limited to telehealth/zoom sessions with my psychologist. She has indicated professional concerns over my mental state, in ways which might jeopardise the safety of staff at the clinic

Has anybody else gone through this?

She also said that she wrote to my GP requesting psychiatric assistance as soon as possible. In my experience, psychiatrists just say that I am outside their professional scope

Re: Treatment Contract Agreement?

I really dont' know, but I'm mindful that staff safety is always prioritised.

The actual terminology reminds me of some of the contracts/plans that we also use here on the forums. They are called Return To Forums Plans. These are essentially agreements to help the member understand the boundaries of our service, and a reminder of the community guidelines. If this is breached, then there may be a consideration as to whether we can continue allowing the member to use our service/s. If not, then we refer them to other services and an extended pause may be placed on their account.

After an agreed time, they have the choice to re apply to use the forums.

Otehr examples of this is that for some members, they can only use the forums between certain times, certain days, certain parts of the forums.

I reckon this is along the lines of what you are explaining.

I'm not going to tag you because i know you don't like tags.

If you are a danger to yourself and or others you should hospitalise yourself to be cared for by professiobals until you are more stable.

Please do so if needed.

Good food cooked for you and good medication and art therapy etc is usually offered at hospital psychiatry.
