The voucher should be in your email. Maybe search "prezzee" or "e-voucher"? It would've come last year.

A luggage tracker would have been good for me @avant-garde @PeppyPatti .

I only just got a bag couriered to me today because it didn't get put onto the plane in Malaysia! They forgot it. I thought we wouldn't get it back... but lo and behold, it arrived home about an hour ago. My nephew said, "That bag has been on the most rides"... and he's right lol

If I had a tracker, I would've been able to see it moving across the world!
