What has been your highlight today, no matter how big or small? Come share 🫶

Hi everyone! This is my first ever forum post so do hope it lands where it’s meant to 🤣

Most days, I like to find a highlight 😊. Usually, that means during a walk with my dog, I try to spot something different, something cool or something that brings me some happiness. Whether it’s something big or small, it doesn’t matter. A highlight can be anything!

I love taking photos and would really like to share and see what you've come across. Something that made you smile, sparked your interest, or simply caught your eye. For me, it’s all the little things that count on the hard days.


To start, I’d like to share these beautiful birds I came across today. They like to appear like branches of a tree or the tree itself. They are called Tawny Frogmouth’s. Has anyone else seen these types of birds? My pics below -(hopefully not too small to see two in the tree on the left pic).

Hello everyone! 💚

I had a pretty awful day yesterday but am feeling much better today @Taali. I'm planning on going down to Sydney with my sister to spend a week or so with my brother on Saturday. We're going to go down from the Central Coast on the train. It will be a bit of a hassle as I have so much extra luggage now!! 😆

My highlight today was not being down and although i struggled nausea and anxiety for some time i feel great now. That is most welcome.

Wellllll where do I start?

I have an absolute highlight ✨️ today ✨️

After 6-7 weeks of fighting I finally got my tax return 🙌 yahoo!!!

Now I can pay some very overdue debts.

The only thing is that due to my MI and the fact that I've been clean and sober for 9 1/2 months l can't really celebrate 💔

So if anyone else can please do so for me!

Highlight number 2 my GP and I addressed the medication battlefield and agreed to try some changes.

And 🌟 that's a really great outcome 😇😇

I just need to manage my emotional well-being 😢 and the associated blur.

Well I'm feeling really very chuffed and can't wait to see how that goes!

Aaand to pay off my debts $$$$

Thats a really cool outcome with the ATO @Taali I am really happy for you! The debts would be weighing you down, nobody likes to be in debt. Well thankfully it worked out for you which is really great news. You can now begin to move forward on both fronts with tax return and medicine management with your doctor. Youve been sober for so long now you can find other ways to celebrate like maybe going to a cafe` tomorrow for a cuppa and cake or something? Well my cheeky friend you heard from them under a Sun trine north node of the moon so people have sought to push you in the right direction. Gee I love astrology!!! Cant say much for the rest of the week astrologically but savor it for now. Sending you my love, honey. I'm about to switch this computer off for now. I hope you can get some adequate rest tonight.
