um , leaning towards cancelling everything today, see how I go . did like 4 things ontop of one another last thurs and paid for it for days. just feel a bit off plus gut pain See how I go . moving might be best thing for it. think have a shower and go back to bed for now.

Well it's early here, but I've had a bit of a highlight.

I was watching the TV and I saw the cricket 🏏 report about Steve Smith breaking the catching record, yay!

He was described as not being able "to catch a cold in Oodnadatta"

Also there was little mention of "sanpapergate".

@Appleblossom I had an entire reply I was about to post when I clicked on the link for the Bowen centre and lost it all! I do miss the days when our posts were automatically saved!

I have a shocking memory so thank you for reminding me that we'd spoken about the Sydney before.

I've heard of the Bowen centre but don't know a lot about it. At the moment I am finding EMDR working really well and I have a fantastic psychologist who also has Christian beliefs and I feel really comfortable with her. We also chat about other stuff at the end of my sessions, like she's been away for 2 weeks on holiday so no doubt we'll chat about that as well if we have time. I applaud Open Arms for having her as one of their preferred counsellors!

my highlight for the day is that I have a job interview tomorrow morning.

@TAB soon I may be giving you a run for your money with announcing that I have a job! 😆😆

@TAB At the moment I don't have to worry as I have my inheritance and if things go well tomorrow I'll be working again soon,

I'm sure the person who does the rates in my shire probably fell off their chair when they saw I was in credit with my rates - in 30 years I've always had to pay them off and have been behind!
