The highlight of my day today is having my Trivortex pendant help me to sleep. I feel like my good old self again with sleeping superpowers! 😴💤🛌

@Taali I'm not scoffing or laughing. I found if you can turn the pendant over so you dont have to see the design. That is what I do! I think theyre on special due to the lack of aesthetics. I didnt like the look of them either but they are half price. I'm happy you are going to give it a try though. Its good that you are looking into alternatives.

Its also great for pain. On the back of the packet it says you can apply it to the pain site and use lint, strapping or tape on the area to hold it in place to alleviate pain. Might save you money in the long term for foregoing regular acupuncture for a cheaper and more effective alternative. The previous business owner's wife had pain and she used to use Trivortex with lots of success so do many other people with heavy pain issues. Might reign in the budget a bit? I so I would be very happy for you. Maybe ring them up on Monday and speak to the vendor and ask questions before you buy? If it also works to make you sleep its an added bonus!

I also listen to these several times with speakers. It stops the anxiety at night so you are not stressing about wondering how youre going to fall asleep with panic and nocturnal anxiety. It totally calms the body so you are not in panic mode at night so you can be in a receiving state for sleep:

I just went to leave the house to take TTT to the dog park but it was raining 🌧

I'll be taking her to my sister's to watch the football so she can have a play with my sister's dog who is terrified of her.

It's hilarious really, she's a shepherd x and TTT 's a Chihuahua x !!

After a walk on the beach, I went to Exotic Aldi. Which is exotic because I generally shop at woolies

I bought a boneless pork shoulder

I needed to take a moment so decided to take Casper out to the toilet and get some fresh air. It's freezing here today, cold wet and windy but there's still some beautiful colour to be found around my garden ☺️.

My biggest highlight for today would've been seeing a group of people together having lunch talking with each other by sign language, what a beautiful sight I shared I didn't stare for too long as I felt I was invading their lunch
