@Chasingsunsets usually I'll just sit and read or watch TV. Yesterday I had the TV on in the background while I wrote out a wish list of what I want to do when I finally get my inheritance.

Really exciting stuff like replace the front door, rebuild the patio, physio, teeth lol!

@Taali I just checked my Centrelink account and I think the call from earlier was about uploading a document of my university enrolment status so that I can continue to get the Pension Education Supplement as is

It required me to upload the document from what it was showing.

Well that's a relief, I think?

@Taali one of my girlfriends and I decided that smoking was actually helping the government - we spent money on cigs of which a lot went on taxes, then our life expectancy would be shortened so the govt wouldn't have to pay us a pension or medical expenses!

Yes we were joking but we dined out on that excuse for some time whenever someone told us we should quit!

I quit 4 years ago and thanks be to God I have never craved one. Mum quit a year or so before me and has had a couple when she was with a friend of hers who still smokes. I told her off and she said "But they were menthol! The don't count!" She's 83 and still living independently so I gave her that one.

I know everyone says to give up because it's unhealthy blah blah blah but to be honest I gave up because I wanted to. No other reason. I just decided one day to stop and that was it.

You'll give up when you're ready xoxo
