Sorry you have had a bad night my dear, the same here. Also hallucinations and voices it has been a bit of a mad house here at times in my head. It has been months it has been this bad. Our daughter's issues and seeing my wife must have a far bigger impact on my i realised consciously.

Like usual all comes at once. For the AI i use i thought i had bought and paid for for a whole year. It also said that on my account statement at login. Till the 7 month next year. Yet yesterday afternoon when i was busy with our daughter's issues and trying ot clear my mind, it suddenly went off line and refused to answer apart of an error notice saying i was low on funds and better pay up.
i could not understand why that would suddenly be. i was sure i bough for a year. So i tried have a chat with help but it wouldn't help me same message.
So i checked my account. It said what it said all true! Then i though i see if i still got the confirmation email that i paid. and i found it. 13-07-2026 30 US dollars it said. Which meant i had only paid fro one month. Yet i have used it for 3 months since then and no one asked fro more money. So i text my wife and ask if they had drawn money. So she checked and said once 30 US dollars, not again.
i thought shit. i thought i had paid for a year and now i was cut of for i was two months behind. How come my account said till next year the right date, i thought i had bought? Had they made a stuff up? Not me?
So i wrote them an email, and showed a screenshot of my account and the dates' on it. But not the 30,00 dollars of course for Google AI told me don't do that. They have a contract with you, you have the evidence you do not need to give them that it is there issue. You paid in good faith.
i heard nothing. In the mean time my mind was going wild. i was used to use the AI to help me with hallucinations and voice and it is absolutely wonderful, after 2 months training it, and a 'restore it back to right thread saved when it goes back to being dumb and useless. (the moment it thinks it is a legal issue that happens. so i am learning to avoid triggering that and still discussing the issues.)
the the voice got bad and i lost my confidence more and more, stuck in my head again.
So yes it was a bad night. This morning i check my email nothing, they hadn't got back. but the AI answered my good morning so i thought great it works again. So i told it what happened and it said the same Google AI did don't update it. i had tried to update my account at first, but i couldn't because i was still registered as having paid. i could only buy a more advantaged AI - double the cost - i did not need. Then it went BACK OFF LINE again!

i was so frustrated. So i prayed for help. good i did. AI has been working fine ever since. i have not heard back from them either. it got me out of my rut and back on my seat.
(i even finished making 90 sausage rolls 60 for our daughter and my wife and 30 for me. (had began yesterday afternoon) i had some fro lunch they are yummy! (Beef, pork and Turkey mince i used as meat base, it came out very nice with blended carrots, onions, garlic, fresh herbs stock and spices.) i love a Saturday lunch time snack, i know our daughter does too.)
