I've settled considerably today.

I still can't or don't get how I am leaned on when needed ( I would be pissed if I wasn't) yet not really getting the love back (although I tend to block people out) They really can't work it out

My day has panned out very well 😌

My highlight so far has been finishing a crime series on Netflix

I'm relatively new to the world of paid television.

So it's a biggy for me, but can be a real time killer.

I've even set my alarm to stop me from watching it.

@Chasingsunsets thanks, I just need to get my birth certificate which is proving to be a pain. I have a digital copy of it but they want a copy of the back as well. Nothing ever goes perfectly smooth!!

Yes EMDR is working very well for me. I was sceptical at first as I didn't so how it could work. But it does and when it came to cutting out sugar and lollies I had one session and can now easily avoid sweet things. Other, traumatic incidents of course took a few sessions and I have a week off this week, but will be going back next week and from there my psychologist and I will determine steps forward.

My mum and brother have both noticed an improvement in my mood, I am less moody and "grumpy" as my mum told me!

I do feel calmer that's for sure. I highly recommend it! The good thing is that it doesn't rely on any medications or invasive treatments and unlike a lot of treatments it doesn't clash with my faith.

@Chasingsunsets Hi! Yes, its been really satisfying and I love getting behind the wheel and doing my job. Unladen they are about 13 tonnes, so sort of a buzz controlling something so large. LOL with the slurpee reminiscing.

@Taali I'm like you, I came late to subscription services. I've had Foxtel forever but after friends told me all about Netflix I got drawn in. I get a discount through Foxtel at least!

What show were you watching? I love true crime and will b inge watch a series, which isn't a good thing when I am supposed to be looking for work!!

Ah that tedious re your birth certificate! @ENKELI, reminds me I’ll need to apply to get mine at some stage, but don’t require it for anything. Hope that doesn’t take too long to get sorted.

That’s so interesting re EMDR, I’ve done a little bit and I’ve never done hypnosis but it kind of feels like it would be similar, lol I could be wrong. I find it incredibly interesting the brain and how it works.

Thats so cool though that you are seeing and feeling the benefits. So so good. I believe there is heaps of things you can work on like even sports performance etc- pretty cool right! My week has been ok hoping to sleep at a reasonable time tonight. It’s not feeling that way but I’d like to 😊

I watched a show called Dept Q and it was really good!!

I've got a thing for thrillers and suspense mysteries.

I probably would like true crimes but don't know if they'd worry me

I watched one recently titled. ??I've gone completely blank??

Anyway it was based on a true story and it scared the 💩 out of me.
