I went for an hours walk along a beach with a friend today and found these along the way. The sea eagle was enjoying some lunch while I also came across an underwater spring which I video'd. It was really quite amazing! 💚

They are really a very beautiful range of pictures, bringing your walk alive for us here in forumland. Many of us dont live as close to the sea as you. Although, I did get to the water last Sunday. Hooray.

Good seeing you around sis. (Did you know a glove off fresh raw garlic finely chopped up taklen with a T.b.s.p of raw honey really helps fight of the flu symptoms? If taken first sign a cold,this will more often than not stops a flu from even developing in illness. Eating Fresh parsley, not only helps fight flu's, it also helps the breath to freshen, if you are worried about eating the raw garlic.)

I also went soup and salad last couple days... but actually...do that most of the time... am really lucky and rarely get colds.

I have really appreciated a sense of community and being cared for, in last year. It wasn't there for a very long time. It matters.

i can see you live near a beautiful coastline too. i would love to have the wellness to walk the beach in the mornings but they are always my worst times. We have beautiful coastline here too. Out in nature is excellent challenge a depressive mindset i reckon.

I love my nonna’s meatballs in sauce. I’m going to attempt to make them on Monday on my day off, so I’ll see how I go 😋

Aww, I love Kelpies! They’re super smart. I’m part owner of a Blue Heeler, and her previous owner trained her a lot. She’s my absolute world. But yes, training dogs can be a lot of work and tiring aha

The head spa and massage were so nice! I nearly fell asleep lol. I haven’t seen the new Spider-Man yet, was it good? I saw The End of Oak St and quite enjoyed it. My most anticipated movie of the year has to be Verity, which comes out in October. I’m currently reading the book again. I love my psychological thrillers 😆
