@heartathome 7 deg here this morning but in canberra our lowest was minus 2! once it gets into the minuses you dont feel the cold any more lolol!

Ha ha ha @Bunniekins It was a lot warmer a month ago when I came up with one jumper and jacket! I'm now wearing my partner's clothes to keep warm! Lucky I brought up some wooly gloves! 😁

here but not much yet. I managed to

get a walk in this morning. Filled in an online form as well an achievement for me as I get frazzled by computers and forms. I tend to get panicked. But I did it eventually took me about 45 minutes. I was going around in circles for a while. A “normal person” could have done it twice as quickly probably.

I googled when the public holiday was in Adelaide @Taali . I’m not working either. Just brought my indoor plants inside in case we get wild weather later. Right now it’s clear with a bit of sunshine where I live and not windy.

Catching up with forum messages as had to fill in an online form this morning then had lunch.

I usually get myself into a twist. Find that after I have eventually linked necessary documents, included essential information like WHAT SIZE KNICKERS DO YOU WEAR....

I'm shut down or timed out just before I press that submit button!

Just got home from lunch with my sister and her terminally ill husband. My first outing since surgery and the first time of seen hime in close to 2 months.

It was lovely to chat, laugh and hug.

He's even convinced my darling sister to see the doctor about her own health. Bless him.

Sorry about your brother-in-law . My brother in law also had a terminal illness. He passed a long time ago. My sister misses him dearly. Glad you had a good lunch and were able to get out.

Although i awoke in rage this morning the first time in over a week. However time well spend got me sorted and my mood has been good ever since, even a bit on elevated at times. So good to meet more truthful realities in that part of my life. i've been feeling so powerless the last 3 months raging often uncontrollably about things hurting me my past, rather than being angry about so badly being hurt in the present. Yet i witnessed grief hijack rage after years of suppressing myself like that, at my wife's request, and then her leaving me like this when i had finally began to learn, falling back in a heap along the way. Talk about wormwood to drink a fallen star - i know now was only a meteorite my self efforts!😥
