I bet it’s cool @Chasingsunsets . I live near the beach but I’ve never seen one and atm we have this terrible algal bloom.

no kookaburras since 17th april

i got discharged because i left a group mid way said something very close too this is bullshit and im done with it to find out later another participant didnt feel safe around me for it i got discharged next day

there was also an interaction between me and a case manager with an ego sooo big it didnt like being anywhere near my claim i did not aggressively i know it you know it but your the case worker im the participant but what we have in common is the truth so you go do what your going to do .

all calm, i stepped toward him to keep it calm when he got a little high pitched, he knew i waited back for a conversation i needed to have and only the two of us knew it happened.

anyway i walked straight back to my room and packked everything i knew what he would do by the look on his face when he realised i was comfortable enough to walk on him one to one and tell him hes a liar but go run to teacher, pull rank be dishonest.

side note just a caseworker no psychologist but this guy demanded respect just because he stood when we sat and a lot of participants are on drug court so any mistake they go back to jail i was self admitted and know a spade when i see one

There was no sunrise this morning and heavier rain and storms predicted for tomorrow. I still enjoyed my double shot latte and always love a good storm! I added last nights sunset. Nothing like @Chasingsunsets ones but something to add a little bit of colour. 💚

maybe a tad bitter i got discharged few months early but not about the discharge if it was warrented and yes aggression is a perspective thing even so if a baby was in the room he would of kept drinking not felt scared.

went through a period of being disapointed in the politics and now i do a programme on Mondays DBT and doa tues and thurs

I hear you red, I really do connect with the feeling if it’s not sitting right maybe not the right fit. I wonder since then what you have been up to and if you connected with any helpful health workers to continue working on what you wanted to?
It really makes sense your feelings of disappointment, I am really glad you have connected to the DBT program good on you for keeping on keeping on, it’s not easy work that’s for sure!
