My highlight today was opening up to Ezekiel 46.

Strange as this my sound, it told me so much about the right order in my core self, rather than the totally chaotic, misplaced, misunderstood, all over the place placed, mostly upside down and even more often inside out person i have been at core fro so many years.

Hard to come to grips with the reality of psychotic mind. However reading those ancient words gave me not only perspective but settled a deep conviction that order must lay at the heart of any meaningful reality long term.

Yet true love lived is a much more powerful expression than just saying 'i love you', no matter how well meant. And has a stability completely unseen by the naked eye but most powerful putting things in the right perspective.

Yet today i realised that even my most painful times love will take care of when i live my life true. Love knows no must, ought to, should have, or do it like that, but always wills to heed the heart about that, not just my gone haywire mind loveless emotions trying to undo me.🤔

I agree —keep those songs coming! They have been such a beautiful was for me to have songs in my day, I usually paste copy on my Facebook and listen to during the day , and listening to them definitely pulls things down into a much calmer, safer space when everything else feels up in the air. I sound very literate last sentence but I’m so damn overwhelmed it just keeps me a tiny bit steady.

Reading you are working with your therapist is genuinely inspiring. It takes guts to get there overwhelming 7- or 8-year-old fears, especially when that craving for love and acceptance has twisted into rage or hatred over the years. My oldest 35 years old has a crazy job which in my eyes screams his story about his father and himself but I’m getting 2 hour conversations with him. He is clever one day he will work it out but today it’s reeling in my head.

Peter Levine’s trauma methods are incredibly powerful for exactly this. To hear that you are already feeling more control, navigating those extreme states, and finding renewed hope after three months is massive. I get this from reading this and having my own go to read plus have a psychotherapist.

It’s almost like You are building real, solid tools to ground yourself and bring yourself back to safety.

I'm so glad today is feeling steadier and that you're doing much better, though I'm sorry about the headache Keep leaning into what keeps you grounded, keep enjoying the music, and take it one steady step at a time. We're all right here with you. And weird I’m taking this message and going that way too.

@PeppyPatti Thanks so much connecting with me here. So often it has been such a lonely road. No one, not even myself seemed to understand myself, cycling through my states.

About Peter Levine best put that in to more context than i did. i already had received the core understanding of Levine's work near 10 years ago. My Therapist unravelled my divided within self to me as states of being but i truly ought to be united not divided within. And he taught me to take small bites out of my hurts - not the suppress and then blow methods i had trained myself to be cycling through my states often totally unaware one state from another, let alone understand how this could be.

So the speed the last 3 months is really on a very solid foundation - merged in states - rather than living it in animosity towards myself.

Please do not be discouraged or think some kind of superman. It has been a very long journey arriving here. And also very lonely my loved ones still running away from me.

Been the sad story of my whole life and even more sadly at times also that of my family.
